On December 16th, Kim MItchell and I went into Scioto Juvenile to visit with the girls who were housed there. Fly Right had just done an event there on November 17th and some of the girls remembered us!
We gave socks as Christmas presents and the girls were most appreciative. They remembered that we had come a month before and we happy that we were back. It was an awesome time!
There was music and before long we had everyone, even the Chaplain, up and line dancing. One young girl told me that she would not see her little boy for the next 2 Christmases. We prayed for him and for her family. It was awesome to see the smiles on their faces!! I can’t wait to see them again in January. Thank you Fly Right for “opening the door” to minister to these precious inmates.
